Kelly McKibben is a professionally certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor (E-RYT 500) and Integrative Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT). She works with individuals and groups with a diverse age range and fitness level. Her commitment to physical, emotional and mental well-being is inspired by a 30-year practice of hatha yoga, creative self-expression, wilderness hiking, and ongoing personal & spiritual growth. As a therapeutic yoga teacher, Kelly’s attitude of gentleness and self-acceptance inspires students to discover serenity while developing strong bodies, minds and spirits. She is a favored yoga instructor of the vitally retired baby-boomers throughout Western North Carolina.
